Our Mama be Fit January 12-Week Challenge is built for women who want to enter the new
year with momentum, not with pressure. Whether you're pregnant, early postnatal, or
rebuilding strength beyond the newborn haze, this programme adapts to you.

 Every pathway
is shaped by pre- and postnatal specialists who understand your stage, your body, and your
goals.
The aim of the 12-week challenge is to build habits that last a lifetime and gain the
knowledge to carry them forward. This isn’t a quick fix or a fad diet. These daily habits are
the slow, steady gears that create a healthier, stronger you. We’re here to support you every
step of the way.

Packages
We have four levels to choose from depending on the amount of support, structure and
guidance you want; Ultimate, Gold, Silver or Bronze

FAQ’s

Is this safe if I’m pregnant?

Yes — absolutely. All training options (PT, classes and online programmes) are designed by Mama be Fit pre- and postnatal specialists and follow the latest safety guidelines. Your plan will be tailored to your trimester, symptoms and energy levels. You can also switch movements at any time if something doesn’t feel right, and your coach will guide you through those adjustments.


 Is this suitable for early postnatal mums?

Yes. As soon as you have received medical clearance to exercise (usually around 6 weeks postpartum, or 12 weeks after a C-section), you can join the programme. Everything can be scaled to your recovery stage, whether you’re working on rebuilding your core, improving strength or simply re-establishing routine.

Can I bring my baby to class?

Yes! Babies are welcome! We provide toys, mats and bouncy chairs to keep them happy while you train. Full Body Blast is a mums-only class, giving you space to focus without little hands trying to join in.


 What if I haven’t exercised in a long time?

No problem at all. Every part of this challenge is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to more experienced mums. We adapt exercises to suit your mobility, strength and confidence, and you’ll progress at a pace that feels right for you.

What if I miss a week or fall behind?

Life with little ones is unpredictable, and that’s completely okay. You won’t “fall out” of the challenge. Your coach will help you reset, re-focus and continue without any guilt or pressure. Progress isn’t linear, consistency over perfection is what matters.


 Do I need equipment for the home workouts?

A pair of dumbbells and a resistance band is helpful but not essential, everything can be adapted with bodyweight or household objects if needed. If you’d like equipment recommendations based on your goals, your coach can guide you.

How much time do I need each week?

Home workouts take around 20–45 minutes, classes are 30–45 minutes, and your check-in takes just a few minutes. The programme is designed to fit real mum-life, even on the busiest weeks.

What’s the difference between the packages?

The main differences are the level of personalised support and the type of training included.

• Ultimate: PT + Classes + Online
• Gold: PT + Online
• Silver: Classes + Online
• Bronze: Online only

All packages include coaching, tracking, nutrition guidance and your personalised plan.

When does the challenge start?

The challenge starts on Monday 12th January.
Sign-ups close on Friday 9th January, so we have time to personalise your plan.

What happens after I sign up?

You'll receive a welcome email with a link to your health questionnaire – is that correct?. Once completed, we’ll create your tailored plan and set everything up on the app. You’ll know exactly what to do on day one.

Can I still join if I have pelvic floor concerns or abdominal separation?

Yes, everything can be modified. Please mention any concerns in your questionnaire and we will tailor your movements safely. If anything needs adjusting as we go, just message your coach and we’ll support you immediately.

Do you offer refunds?

Once the challenge begins, places are non-refundable as your plan and access are fully activated. If you have any questions before signing up, we’re always here to help.
