I fully understand the unique and busy journey of motherhood, from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. That's why I offer personalised training sessions tailored to your current fitness levels and goals, always welcoming little ones to join you!
What I Offer:
- Flexible Booking Options: Whether you prefer pay-as-you-go sessions or block bookings for a more consistent fitness routine, I have you covered.
- A Welcoming Environment: All sessions take place at Harris Fitness in Barrow, a welcoming and fully equipped space with excellent parking and facilities.
- I also offer Group PT sessions each week and are available to book below, these have a maximum number of 4, still giving you a personal feel to the session.
- If you are really looking to challenge yourself why not take part in our next 6 week challenge! It is a fantastic way to stay motivated and accountable! More details are below.
