Pre & Postnatal Circuits

Stay Strong, Stay Fit!
Tailored to support you through pregnancy and postnatal recovery, this 45-minute circuit class uses a mix of equipment and bodyweight exercises for a comprehensive workout. We keep the same circuit for around 4 weeks, allowing you to increase weights and see your progress. Bring your little ones along if you like! We have toys, play mats, bouncy chairs, and snacks to keep them entertained. Enjoy a hot drink with fellow mums after class!
  • Wear comfortable clothes and footwear
  • Bring hydration
  • Get clearance from your doctor at 6 weeks postpartum or 13 weeks after a C-section

Stretch & Unwind

Find your flow!
This brand new class is thoughtfully designed to enhance your flexibility and mobility through gentle, flowing stretches that ease tension and increase range of motion. Whether you're looking to improve your posture, relieve stress, or simply enjoy a peaceful half an hour of self-care without doing an intense workout, this class will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and more in tune with your body. Suitable for all fitness levels, "Stretch & Unwind" is the perfect way to find your flow and nurture both body and mind.

Full Body Blast

Get Ready to Sweat!
This 30-minute intense workout is designed to push you out of your comfort zone and get your heart pumping. We use a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises to ensure a full-body workout. Each session is unique for a fun and energetic experience. This class is exclusively for mums, providing you with uninterrupted time to focus on yourself. Exercises can be adapted to suit all fitness levels.

Meditation Class

Find Your Zen!

Pram Walk

Stroll & Socialise!
Join our popular pram walk starting at The Eagle @ Barrow. We’ll stroll into Whalley, loop around the village, and return at a leisurely pace. The 45-minute walk is a fantastic opportunity to meet other local mums, get your steps in, and enjoy a chat. Feel free to stay for a drink or feed afterwards.
  • Wear comfortable shoes
  • Bring water and any essentials for you/your little one
  • Enjoy the fresh air and great company!

House Rules

At Mama Be Fit, our goal is to create a welcoming space where all mums can enjoy exercising with their little ones and your safety is our top priority. We’re always happy to have older children and toddlers join our classes and PT sessions, but since our studio is small and filled with equipment and small babies, we’d like to gently remind everyone of a few house rules:
  • Safety First: To keep everyone safe, please make sure your child doesn’t handle any equipment, like dumbbells or plates, or climb on the machines.
  • Kind Consideration: If your little one loves to run around, that’s great! Just please be mindful of other children so that everyone can enjoy their session.
  • Snack Time: Feel free to let your child have a snack in the studio, but please ask them to sit to the side while eating and help clean up any crumbs or spills.
  • Parking: We ask that you park in the spaces outside Harris Fitness. If those spots are full, please park near Starbucks rather than in front of other nearby businesses.
