Pre & Postnatal Circuits

Stay Strong, Stay Fit!
Tailored to support you through pregnancy and postnatal recovery, this 45-minute circuit class uses a mix of equipment and bodyweight exercises for a comprehensive workout. We keep the same circuit for around 4 weeks, allowing you to increase weights and see your progress. Bring your little ones along if you like! We have toys, play mats, bouncy chairs, and snacks to keep them entertained. Enjoy a hot drink with fellow mums after class!
  • Wear comfortable clothes and footwear
  • Bring hydration
  • Get clearance from your doctor at 6 weeks postpartum or 13 weeks after a C-section

Padel X Strength Class

Padel x Strength combines fun, social padel play with targeted strength training to help you build strength, fitness, and confidence.

Each session includes time on the court alongside functional strength exercises in the gym, designed to support your body for sport and everyday life.

It’s a supportive, energising 90 minute class perfect for mums who want to move, get stronger, and enjoy something a little different.

Being your little ones, come alone or bring a friend-we have an babysitter on hand to entertain the little ones too!

No padel experience needed — just come along and have fun. 💪🎾


Walking Club

Stroll & Socialise!
Join our popular Walking Club! 
A fantastic opportunity to meet other local mums, get your steps in, and enjoy a chat. Feel free to stay for a drink or feed afterwards.
  • Wear comfortable shoes

House Rules

At Mama Be Fit, our goal is to create a welcoming space where all mums can enjoy exercising with their little ones and your safety is our top priority. We’re always happy to have older children and toddlers join our classes and PT sessions, but since our studio is small and filled with equipment and small babies, we’d like to gently remind everyone of a few house rules:
  • Safety First: To keep everyone safe, please make sure your child doesn’t handle any equipment, like dumbbells or plates, or climb on the machines.
  • Kind Consideration: If your little one loves to run around, that’s great! Just please be mindful of other children so that everyone can enjoy their session.
  • Snack Time: Feel free to let your child have a snack in the studio, but please ask them to sit to the side while eating and help clean up any crumbs or spills.
  • Parking: We ask that you park in the spaces outside Harris Fitness. If those spots are full, please park near Starbucks rather than in front of other nearby businesses.
